I provide in-home technology support across Brisbane, specialising in helping adults over 50 to feel confident using everyday devices and software — or 'tech'.
The first hour is *$125. This includes identifying the exact problem and explaining in plain, simple English why it occurred. All appointments are 1-hour minimum.
*For Brisbane CBD, South Brisbane, Sunshine Coast & Gold Coast, an extra charge may apply for travel time.
Any additional time is charged at $100 per hour.
- Additional time is charged in 20 minute increments
- Prices are all inclusive with no extra or hidden charges.
- I will always ensure our session together meets your needs and leaves you confident moving forward.

- Repair devices, fix broken screens or replace parts
- Viruses, scams, or any cybercrime
- Liasing with internet providers (NBN, Telstra, Optus, etc.)
- Mounting TV's onto walls
